LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
The Sod Pros Landscape warrants that sod installation labor and workmanship will be performed in a professional manner consistent with standard landscaping practices.
This limited workmanship warranty applies only to installation-related defects reported within forty-eight (48) hours of completion of the installation. Contractor’s sole responsibility under this warranty shall be limited to correcting verified installation defects.
The customer acknowledges that The Sod Pros Landscape does not grow, harvest, or manufacture sod products. Our services are limited to the transportation, delivery, and installation of sod supplied by third-party sod farms/vendors.
Sod is a living, perishable product and its success depends heavily on proper watering, drainage, soil conditions, weather, mowing practices, pet activity, and ongoing homeowner maintenance after installation.
Once sod installation is completed, the customer assumes full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the sod. The Sod Pros Landscape makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continued condition, rooting, growth, color, survival, or longevity of the sod after installation.
By accepting installation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
